Caution regarding this company and its affiliate. My experience with this service was extremely distressing, leading to emotional turmoil, financial loss, and a significant waste of time. If rating below one star was possible, I would. I engaged with this company hoping to resolve ongoing issues with my project, including a book I authored. I initially held back from taking immediate action, believing the issues could be rectified smoothly as I waited for their response. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. They continually delayed my project while still collecting payments. The situation deteriorated after I paid in full. They failed to deliver the promised work. They also persuaded me to invest heavily in a dedicated server, claiming it would help sell thousands of copies of my book, yet not a single book sold. To make matters worse, I found out they never provided a dedicated server and instead used a shared one. Additionally, they did not return my credentials, causing my domain to expire. When I attempted to address the issue, my number was blocked, and my calls went unanswered. Shockingly, representatives from the same individuals later approached me under a different name, attempting to sell their services again, blaming the 'previous company' for my losses while suggesting new solutions. This entire experience has been devastating, and I feel compelled to warn others—whether authors, writers, or business owners—to steer clear of these companies. My advice is straightforward: conduct thorough research, choose your business partners wisely, and don't succumb to misleading promises. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company and its affiliate.
