I genuinely wish I could rate this service with zero stars. They clearly lack the skills needed for editing, formatting, or even handling basic tasks. I requested a different team, but they were just as ineffective, if not worse! Just take a look at my book and see the awful formatting and editing issues. I spent more time pleading with them to correct their errors than I did writing! They mislead you to attract your business. I invested over 1K for publishing and marketing. Despite my clear request for no ghostwriting, someone named 'Stella' messed up parts of my book anyway. It's evident they relied on AI. They even threatened to remove my book if I posted a negative review. It's been over two years, so let them try! They nearly ruined my first book as well. Fortunately, a friend who is a retired publisher managed to fix most of the numerous errors. They had this 'Stella' do ghostwriting too, despite my explicit instructions against it. Avoid this service! They will jeopardize your hard work! Thankfully, I'm hiring a friend who is a published author to re-publish both manuscripts. She couldn't believe the shoddy work they did on both books. It will be expensive due to the time taken away from her own writing, but it's absolutely worth it! She appreciates my writing, and once these manuscripts are corrected, both books will finally get the recognition they deserve! Additionally, I also paid another service to market my books, and they did absolutely NOTHING! This experience occurred in October 2023, though there was no option to indicate the date. I was compelled to include something to share this review. I'm frustrated with myself for believing their misleading claims and choosing this awful service! By the way, this service was previously known by a different name but changed it for obvious reasons.
