I took my vehicle in to have the front tyres changed after hitting a pothole. I specifically requested to keep the blown tyre for documentation for my claim. I got a call at 11:45 am that the car was ready. When I arrived at 12:30 pm and asked for the tyre, I was told it had already been scrapped. I was extremely frustrated, especially due to the indifferent attitude of the staff member.
