I took my vehicle in to replace the front tyres after hitting a pothole. I clearly requested that the damaged tyre be kept for my claim documentation. I was informed that my car was ready at 11:45 am. However, when I arrived at 12:30 pm and requested to see the tyre, I was told it had already been sent to scrap. I was extremely upset by this, especially due to the staff member's lack of concern.

I got a call at 11:45 am that the car was ready. When I arrived at 12:30 pm and asked for the tyre, I was told it had already been scrapped. I was extremely frustrated, especially due to the indifferent attitude of the staff member.
The staff were very helpful and polite. I came in for a puncture repair but was informed that the tread was low. They could have repaired the puncture, but I opted to replace the tyres. They provided advice on suitable options, avoiding the most expensive ones. I always feel I receive good service here.
