This company continue to use the wrong surname for me. My legal name is MOFFAT Still waiting on resolution after 4 months of waiting. Company refused a refund which was ok but never returned the bag to me I had purchased back in July 2025. £574 paid for a LV mini speedy. They then had the nerve to challenge my charge back claim with my bank. Not once have they apologized or accepted any responsibility. Still £574 out of pocket with no bag either. To this day they have never answered the question why they did not return my bag to me back in July that I had purchased from them after rejecting my refund request.
