I paid 3 days ago for a whole month and today they revoked my subscription. For the 3 days I had 4 contacts ALL of which were scammers. I had hard proof only for one but reported this plus the others as suspects. I had not done anything illegal. I just browsed and clicked heart or cancellation. When you click heart the profile disappears and you cannot see it unless the other person clicks heart too.
the reply their customer care gave me is:
"Your account was blocked because inconsistencies were detected—this is part of our commitment to keeping the community safe. We don’t share specific details about the detection process, but these actions are always in line with our Terms & Conditions, Online Dating Safety Policy, and Privacy Policy.
When an account is suspended, access to premium features and communication is restricted, so your subscription benefits are paused for as long as the block is in place. The subscription itself doesn’t automatically cancel or refund when an account is blocked, but you won’t be able to use paid features during the suspension. "
It seems they do not plan to refund or reinstate. And I am probably the most genuine customer that they can get.
