This agency is the worst. They are deceitful and took an unreasonable amount of time to process our visas, with the last one issued just days before our flight. The agency made our umrah journey very challenging. We had booked a 5-star hotel and paid for it, yet this untrustworthy company split our group of 16, sending half of us to a dirty 1-star hotel with stains everywhere. They are also ignoring our calls and are reluctant to resolve the issue. This situation constitutes a breach of contract, and we are considering legal action against this dishonest agency. It feels like a scam, and they likely manipulate their reviews. They also withheld the code for the hotel in Medinah, only informing us of changes while we were en route. This is irresponsible and violates consumer rights.
