This was our initial experience booking with the service for our trip in January 2026. We worked with a consultant who was always courteous and professional while addressing our inquiries. The hotels were ideally located, being close to the Harams. Ground transportation was punctual. The only letdown was our inability to secure a Rawdah permit this time. Overall, I believe it offered good value for money, and I would consider returning in the near future.
I booked an Umrah package in October, expecting to stay in a 5-star hotel, but instead I was placed in a 1-star hotel.
The conditions of the hotel were very poor, making it extremely hard to get a good night's sleep.

Disheartening experience: Families separated and calls ignored! We were a large group of four families traveling together, but the agency divided us upon our arrival. My sister ended up in a disappointing, unclean hotel that fell far short of our expectations. Despite booking 10 months ahead, the hotel claimed the reservation was made only 48 hours prior to check-in. When we sought assistance, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I recommend doing your research and avoiding this service.
Steer clear of this service... It's a significant scam that misrepresents the packages. You might find yourself with a low-tier option despite paying for a premium one! Furthermore, when you arrive for your anticipated experience, they exploit your spiritual journey, leaving you with no other options.
This agency is the worst. They are deceitful and took an unreasonable amount of time to process our visas, with the last one issued just days before our flight. The agency made our umrah journey very challenging. We had booked a 5-star hotel and paid for it, yet this untrustworthy company split our group of 16, sending half of us to a dirty 1-star hotel with stains everywhere. They are also ignoring our calls and are reluctant to resolve the issue. This situation constitutes a breach of contract, and we are considering legal action against this dishonest agency. It feels like a scam, and they likely manipulate their reviews. They also withheld the code for the hotel in Medinah, only informing us of changes while we were en route. This is irresponsible and violates consumer rights.
