Disheartening experience: Families separated and calls ignored! We were a large group of four families traveling together, but the agency divided us upon our arrival. My sister ended up in a disappointing, unclean hotel that fell far short of our expectations. Despite booking 10 months ahead, the hotel claimed the reservation was made only 48 hours prior to check-in. When we sought assistance, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I recommend doing your research and avoiding this service.
