I ordered a wash bag as a Christmas gift for my sister last week. Five days later, I received a cancellation notice, which stated it was due to a high volume of orders and system issues. The website indicates that they are not taking new orders to prioritize existing ones, yet my order was still cancelled. I won't give a low rating because I appreciate that if my order wouldn't have arrived on time, cancelling it was the right choice. However, my concern is that it took five days for this cancellation to occur when the estimated delivery time was 3-5 working days according to my confirmation email.
