The pouches feature beautiful designs and are of high quality. The only problem I encountered was with the postal service, which didn’t ring the bell and left my parcels on the doorstep. Fortunately, I was home and managed to collect them. It would be fantastic if the business could use the same embroidery and cotton theme to create clothing items like jackets!
I ordered a wash bag as a Christmas gift for my sister last week. Five days later, I received a cancellation notice, which stated it was due to a high volume of orders and system issues. The website indicates that they are not taking new orders to prioritize existing ones, yet my order was still cancelled. I won't give a low rating because I appreciate that if my order wouldn't have arrived on time, cancelling it was the right choice. However, my concern is that it took five days for this cancellation to occur when the estimated delivery time was 3-5 working days according to my confirmation email.
I placed an order during Black Friday, and I was required to make three separate shipments, which seemed unusual. Now, it's December 15, and I have received one notification indicating my first order is expected to arrive on 12/17. The second order still shows "awaiting the package from the company," which has been pending for six days. The third order has no tracking information at all. I've reached out to customer support several times to inquire about the delivery dates for the second and third packages, but they appear to be unsure. I understand it’s a busy season, but there seem to be significant logistical issues with this company. The items look appealing online, but it's unfortunate that you might not receive them.
I have purchased several of these beautiful bags, all unique for family, friends, and myself. When I use them, people admire them and ask where I bought them. Some have even purchased items after hearing the name. What you do for wildlife is incredible.
Beautiful quality products. It's hard to choose from so many great designs, and I love the colors. I wouldn't typically spend this much, but this is a gift for my mum, and she will adore it. The color is perfect, and the details are exquisite. The gift box is also nice and completes the presentation. I received it quickly and had no issues. Thank you.
