The student support at the campus is extremely disappointing. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are never returned, and the only way to get a reply is to visit in person. When approached, the staff casually mention, 'we just saw your email,' as if it is acceptable not to check or respond regularly. This ongoing lack of communication leads to significant issues, including delays in financial support and unnecessary stress. Many students are leaving due to the minimal assistance provided when they need it most. There is an urgent need for management to address the neglect and lack of responsibility within the student support team and to hire staff who genuinely want to assist students. This is entirely unacceptable for an educational institution.
