I truly wasn’t expecting the amazing experience I received. From the very beginning, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. They guided me through the entire process with patience and kindness, even when I was indecisive and probably a little hard to work with. Every question I had was answered clearly, thoroughly, and always in a friendly way that put me completely at ease.
I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with an online retailer. The glasses arrived right on time and in perfect condition. On top of that, they went above and beyond by including thoughtful extras, a soft-closing magnetic eyeglass case, a beautiful floral case, and a large, high-quality cleaning cloth. Those little details made the experience feel truly special.

I love the pair of Tinff Blue Light Blocking Cat Eye Glasses for women I purchased recently. They're lightweight yet sturdy and very chic - get compliments on them all the time. I put prescription lenses in as most frames offered by opticians aren't that attractive and are hundreds of dollars more than these!
I bought a pair of really scarce frames that I had been looking for for months, and they were a real bargain. The prescription I sent in was poorly typed by the MD and Elklook misread it and sent me a pair with lenses that didn't work. When I pointed this out they realized the error and sent me a correct pair absolutely free. They were completetly friendly and nice about it and did it fast. Best customer service ever
