The specialists I found are fantastic! However, the booking times displayed do not align with what the specialists actually have available. My schedule is complex, so having the ability to select appointment times from a list instead of waiting for callbacks would be incredibly beneficial. Unfortunately, it never seems to work out.
I attempted multiple times to book with a well-known specialist, but due to changes in affiliations, contact methods were ineffective. Yasmina was a true lifesaver. She not only booked and confirmed my appointment but also assisted me with scheduling and waitlisting for an earlier slot. Thank you, Yasmina!
Communication was terrible, and I would advise against using the service. They displayed availability for dates when doctors were unavailable and took four days to respond, only to ask if we had heard from the doctor. After five days, I finally received a response stating the doctor was on leave. One of the reasons for opting for private services is to avoid excessive admin and delays.
