I have been a customer of Grande Natural Meats (a.k.a. Elk USA) for over ten years. I love game meat and their product has always been of a very high quality. I have never, not even once, had an order arrive that was not still fully frozen. I am also a very thrifty shopper and have been frustrated by shipping costs, too. Before COVID, I would usually place an order in the Spring and one in the Fall when the temperatures are cool enough to use UPS Ground. I am hoping I can return to that method once we survive the pandemic. One of the things I most appreciate about Grande Natural Meats is that they offer nose-to-tail products, such as hearts, livers, neck roasts, soup bones, dog food, etc. For the reviewer that loves Sayersbrook, glad you like them but they do not offer these products. Recently, I purchased a whole elk liver - 7lbs! I cut it up into 1 lb. packages and refroze it. It is delicious as heck and reminds me of my grandma's venison liver recipe.
