Nope sorry, I ordered a rack of white tail ribs and when I called to set up the shipping and handling the woman I spoke to said it would be $111.00 haha the ribs themselves were like $13. When I said dang that kind of shipping cost isn't exactly posted everywhere on the website, the woman gave me a quick sly remark under her breath "actually yes it is." Sorry honey but it just says shipping can be expensive. I guess the only way to find out just how expensive the shipping cost per pound is, is to make an order. Cancelled that order right away and will not be making another one. Not impressed by the customer service. Not impressed by the secretive shipping cost. Not impressed by the way the General manager conducts himself with his responses to customers. Bad business model all the way around.*edit: received my response from my boy Rich. No sir, Shelly did not simply "point out that disclosure". She was rude and that's bad business. And my original comment was that shipping costs of that amount are not posted anywhere on the site, just that it can be expensive( whatever that is supposed to mean). And the only way to find out how much it will be is to order it and then call. Your website is deceitful when it comes to actual shipping costs. Does not explain any of the stuff you disclosed in your review response. Don't even try that junk with me. You know you're wrong.** You are just a grown up child who refuses to acknowledge the shortcomings of his company. And your website looks like it was put together by a 7th grader, my boy.
