Having admired the items this seller offers for sale for some time, I was excited about my recent purchase. Disappointingly, I received the wrong item which was badly packaged and damaged in any case. I thought it would be a simple case of informing them and getting a replacement as is the case with most shops these days, especially those that trade exclusively online. I had to set aside an entire day to await collection of the wrong / damaged item and when a refund was not forthcoming I had to raise a case with PayPal. They then said they couldn’t refund me because I’d raised a case with PayPal which was, of course, nonsense. Communication from this seller was generally inexplicably slow and, in my case, completely unapologetic. At best this seller is disorganised; at worst unreliable and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t buy from them again.
