Bought a couple of cups at £12 each plus £3.95 postage. Received these tiny espresso sized cups. One cup didn’t look the same as what I ordered. Went through the process of returning them. They don’t refund the original postage for a full refund, they charge a handling fee of £3.99 plus if you use their shipping label with Evri, it will cost you £5.95. I would only be getting back £14.78 on a £27.95 order. I would suggest you shop elsewhere in case you’re dissatisfied. Also, if they send you damaged items or the wrong order, the process is the same.

I ordered a product from Ella James and was really impressed with the service. It was posted the same day I purchased and arrived the following day. When the item arrived it was absolutely perfect.
