Support eventually resolved the issue and issued refunds, but only after escalation. The fact that this level of effort is required is the problem.
Parents — particularly those already under cognitive and emotional load — should not have to monitor opaque systems or fight to manage subscriptions. A children’s wellness company should operate as a trusted partner, not an adversary.
If EllaOla wants to lead ethically in this space, transparency, easy cancellation, and delivery visibility need to be non-negotiable.
