We’ve been trying EllaOla vitamins for my little ones and I am honestly really happy with them. They taste like nothing when mixed into apple juice (huge mom win 🙌), and my kids don’t even notice they’re taking them.

I have already noticed improvements, it really feels like they’re helping support healing and overall wellness. I love that the ingredients are clean and thoughtfully made for kids.

EllaOla positions itself as an ethical, parent-friendly brand, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

We were charged monthly (~€95) for a vitamin subscription with no reliable way to confirm delivery. Tracking was not visible in the account or emails, and subscriptions cannot be canceled directly on the website — you must email support to stop charges.

Support eventually resolved the issue and issued refunds, but only after escalation. The fact that this level of effort is required is the problem.

Parents — particularly those already under cognitive and emotional load — should not have to monitor opaque systems or fight to manage subscriptions. A children’s wellness company should operate as a trusted partner, not an adversary.

If EllaOla wants to lead ethically in this space, transparency, easy cancellation, and delivery visibility need to be non-negotiable.

I ordered from this company back in December and my daughter will not take the vitamins. I decided to cancel the subscription but the website does not allow you to do this, you have to contact them by email. I contacted them and explained I wanted to cancel my subscription and they replied that it had been cancelled. You cannot remove your payment details on their website either. They still proceeded to charge me for the subscription. I’d like to know how to cancel my account and would like a refund for the amounts I have been charged against my will.

My son almost immediately began…

My son almost immediately began experiencing stomach issues after taking the teen formula and the magnesium. He developed severe insomnia, irritability, and diarrhea, and he has now vomited continuously for over 30 minutes. Due to these adverse reactions, I want to cancel both subscriptions immediately and cannot figure out how. I love the theory behind these vitamins, but I can't help but wonder why it's making so many kids sick?

Seriously be cautious about getting…

Seriously be cautious about getting these vitamins, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription and they don’t even tell you that it’s a monthly subscription. So it took me by surprise when I kept getting charged for these damn vitamins. Had to jump through hoops to be able to cancel the subscription.

I ordered this for my son when he isn’t…

I ordered this for my son when he isn’t feeling well since that is when he doesn’t want to eat anything. I, without my consent, was signed up for a subscription!!! I tried to cancel it the way it says online but the “manage my subscription” link doesn’t work! I tried for over an hour. It won’t load. How is this legal? I want to cancel it ASAP! I feel taken advantage of. I sent them an email!!!

Very disappointed and angry I ordered the vitamins for my daughter who has autism,received in desc and she could taste them so I didn’t re order and emailed to cancel product any subscriptions never heard any now just got an email sayingG my order is on it way and have taken out £43 for a order I haven’t made and don’t want , and cancelled any further in dec , emailed again and sent a message as I want them to stop taking cash out my account and sending me more as it’s no good to use so angry I want a refund and then to cancel my account and stop
