Extremely disappointed with EllaWear. The website strongly suggests they are an Australian-based business with local shipping and easy returns, but my order was shipped from China and took weeks longer than advertised. When I requested a refund, I was only offered 15–25% despite the items being unopened. They insisted I pay full international return postage, customs fees, and even communicate with Chinese customs — completely contradictory to their advertised “30-day money-back guarantee” and “AU-based” claims. This is a deceptive website and I certainly won’t be purchasing again. Very poor quality and small sizing.
