Do not trust this company.... Definitely not an Australian company.
I place an order with this company on 18th December 2025 and it is now February 2026 and I still have not received my order. I have reached out to them several times and I have been told it is on it way and that delays are expected during peak shipping periods. The Tracking number provided does not work and they are not able to provide a valid tracking number or date for delivery. I have asked for are refund for non delivery which they continue to refuse saying it is on its way.
