I wish I could give zero stars. My order has never arrived. I was provided with a tracking number, but nothing shows up, and the delivery service claims they never received the shipment. I have reached out to the customer support team multiple times for help, but I have received no response. I feel scammed and am extremely disappointed. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had due to the absence of support. Do NOT waste your money and time.
