I genuinely wish I could rate this with no stars. My order has never arrived. Although I received a tracking number, nothing is being tracked, and the delivery service has not received the shipment. I have contacted the support team multiple times seeking assistance, but I have not received any responses. I feel scammed and am very disappointed. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered due to the complete lack of support. Do NOT waste your money and time.

I absolutely loved my pieces; they arrived quickly, and the packaging was a delightful surprise! I had an issue with the ring size, but the representative assisted me right away, and they sent me the correct size at no extra cost or hassle. I highly recommend them! I can even wash my hands and do dishes with the rings on, and they still look brand new.
My order arrived promptly, and the communication with the team was excellent. I absolutely love my jewelry; the quality is outstanding! I even swam with it, and it still shines like new. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend it without hesitation.
A complete scam. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it. Each time I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't do anything because it was 'in transit.' The tracking link shows two shipping attempts, which is false since I work from home and no one came to my door or called. I neither received the items nor my money back. Additionally, everything is shipped from overseas, suggesting mass production and reselling.
The order arrived on time and was correct, but I doubt I will wear the earrings. The gold color is very orange compared to actual 9ct gold, making them look fake. They are heavy to wear, and one pair pulls my ears down. I have two holes in each ear, so I wear two earrings, and they clank together, making a sound like metal hitting metal. They do not feel like gold at all. Due to their weight and noise, I cannot sleep in them, and the orange color is too embarrassing to wear out. I do not recommend these products.
