The dress was late, despite my efforts to follow up a week in advance to avoid any delays. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like the photos. The design was completely different, resembling something from a low-quality site. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive, suggesting that the photos were just enhanced. This indicates they mislead customers with edited images. The belt was missing, and contacting them for a return was frustrating; they ignored most of my messages, forcing me to chase them repeatedly. In the end, I received a manager's contact who claimed, “This is according to our standards.” If this is their standard, it says everything. The belt arrived a week later, making the order two weeks late. The quality is extremely disappointing: cheap fabric, poor stitching, and rough netting that irritates the skin. The dress does not align with the designer's reputation or their advertising. I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
