They ignored most of my inquiries, forcing me to follow up repeatedly. Eventually, I received the manager's contact, who stated, “This is according to our standards.” If this is their standard, it speaks volumes. The belt arrived a week later, making the order two weeks late. The quality is incredibly disappointing: cheap material, subpar stitching, and rough netting that irritates the skin. The dress does not align with the designer's reputation or their advertisements at all. I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

This is undeniably the worst company I have ever dealt with. My daughter bought a dress in February and returned it due to its poor quality, paying $30 for the return to a foreign address. Australia Post confirmed it was received at customs, but the seller refuses to pay the release fee. As a result, we will never get a refund. Despite numerous emails and evidence provided, they've been unhelpful. DO NOT purchase from this store; they are the biggest scammers and cheats!
