The dress was delivered late, despite my attempts to ensure there would be no delays a week beforehand. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the images; the design seemed entirely different, resembling something from a low-quality site. When I pointed this out, their reply suggested they mislead customers with edited photos. The belt was missing, and my attempts to contact them about returning the dress and the missing piece were met with poor communication. They ignored most of my inquiries, forcing me to follow up repeatedly. Eventually, I received the manager's contact, who stated, “This is according to our standards.” If this is their standard, it speaks volumes. The belt arrived a week later, making the order two weeks late. The quality is incredibly disappointing: cheap material, subpar stitching, and rough netting that irritates the skin. The dress does not align with the designer's reputation or their advertisements at all. I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
