Brought a dress for my mum and it was a bit short for her. Wesite states 30 day returns policy. Simply return your items within 30 days. Emailed that i wanted to return. Nothing straight forward at all. Just want to give a store credit. If this was stated on there site I would never have brought from them. I ended up sending it back to address that was in China back in August 2025. Never recieved anything back. Absolute bulls..t
