If I could rate this lower, I would. I ordered two crucial gifts on October 26 and still have not received them. Payment was processed through an installment service, yet I have not seen any updates. I am utterly devastated. I had to scramble to find alternative gifts so I wouldn’t let my grandson down at graduation and to support my sister-in-law during a tough time. I requested a refund, and they claimed to have resent it in November, but I still haven't received anything. I have not had any communication since my refund request. I regret trusting them, especially since my first order took six weeks. I'm very disappointed, but I won't give up; I plan to escalate this issue as I've noticed many others facing similar problems.
