Unfortunately, a ring I bought for my daughter caused her finger to turn green after just one day of wearing it. Her hands were clean and she doesn’t usually react this way. When I tried to return it, their response was very slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. They only replied after I chased them, providing advice on how to wear the ring without oils or hand products. I reassured them her hands were clean and that I didn't expect a ring to cause this. After a lengthy back-and-forth and waiting for emails, they offered a partial refund. By then, I was fed up and couldn't be bothered with the hassle insisting on a full refund and return. The ring is now sitting unused in a drawer, and will probably end up in the bin. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Disappointing experience with my order

I ordered a bracelet through a social media platform on January 5th, but I never received a confirmation email, even though the order page confirmed my purchase and payment. I paid almost 40 pounds, including express delivery, but nothing arrived. After creating an account to check my order, I found no record of it! I reached out via email for clarification, but received no reply. I've since discovered the same bracelet is available elsewhere for 18 pounds with free delivery. Be cautious of these scammers.

Delays and Lack of Communication

I placed an order on the 27th of December with a promised delivery time of 4 to 7 days, paying £4.90 for timely shipping. However, today is the 8th of January, and there is still no sign of my package. The delivery tracking indicates it's still in China. I've attempted to reach out for assistance, but I haven't received any response.

Delivery Concerns Resolved Gracefully

I was quite worried about the delivery since it had been 16 days. I kept inquiring about the delay. Then I realized it was close to the holiday season, and I usually don’t shop online during this time. The friendly representatives in customer care were very patient and reassured me that it was on its way. The beautiful hug ring finally arrived, and I am very pleased.

Order never arrived.

I never received my order. I placed it on 2nd December, and it was supposedly shipped on the 15th December. Just yesterday, I got an email requesting a review as if my order had been completed 14 days ago. The items never arrived, and the company appears to be unreachable. Now, I will need to contact my credit card provider to get my money back.

Exceptional Quality Bracelet Gift

I received a bracelet for my daughter from the company, and the quality is outstanding. I chose 18-carat gold, and the heartfelt note adds a special touch. After losing my youngest daughter in a car accident in 2013, it means a lot to give my older daughter such a beautiful gift. She will truly cherish it.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If I could rate this lower, I would. I ordered two crucial gifts on October 26 and still have not received them. Payment was processed through an installment service, yet I have not seen any updates. I am utterly devastated. I had to scramble to find alternative gifts so I wouldn’t let my grandson down at graduation and to support my sister-in-law during a tough time. I requested a refund, and they claimed to have resent it in November, but I still haven't received anything. I have not had any communication since my refund request. I regret trusting them, especially since my first order took six weeks. I'm very disappointed, but I won't give up; I plan to escalate this issue as I've noticed many others facing similar problems.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. I paid £54 over a month ago and have not received anything. My attempts to get a resolution have been ignored, and I have not been offered a refund. The customer support is lacking, communication is poor, and they seem indifferent once payment is made. This service feels like a scam. I recommend saving your money and avoiding this situation.
