I purchased a pen as a Christmas gift for my partner. She appreciated the pen but was not fond of the color. I simply wanted to exchange it, but I received no response from the company despite sending two emails to customer service and another address. I ended up buying her a different brand instead. The company was unhelpful; the pen seemed nice, but we never really checked it as we left it essentially unopened for return. The packaging was also not impressive. I would recommend avoiding this situation.
