I appreciate the design and appearance of the pens. However, I can only give 3 stars due to a couple of challenges. First, I found it quite difficult to figure out how to load the ink, as it wasn't very intuitive. Second, achieving a smooth ink flow is tricky. I'm not certain if specific paper is needed, but they don't glide well on standard paper, requiring a lot of pressure to write, which makes me feel like I might damage the tip.
I purchased a pen as a Christmas gift for my partner. She appreciated the pen but was not fond of the color. I simply wanted to exchange it, but I received no response from the company despite sending two emails to customer service and another address. I ended up buying her a different brand instead. The company was unhelpful; the pen seemed nice, but we never really checked it as we left it essentially unopened for return. The packaging was also not impressive. I would recommend avoiding this situation.
The support team is inadequate. They advertise a 30-day return policy, but once you ask about a refund, they stop communicating. I recommend not purchasing from this seller; their pen prices are excessively high for the quality offered. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
Highly discouraged. I ordered a fountain pen that was originally priced at £78.95 (I managed to get a discount bringing it to around £50). The quality is terrible - it resembles something from a local market. The packaging was disappointing - a shabby wooden box with the pen in cheap plastic. Plus, the packaging was damaged upon delivery. I've emailed three times with no reply. Do not buy from this site - it feels like a scam.
After initially writing a negative review due to ink flow problems, I felt it was important to update. I contacted the support team, and they promptly sent a replacement nib and ink chamber that work perfectly. They do respond and handled the issue well. From my experience, I recommend using refill bottle ink instead of cartridges for better flow.
I’m really enjoying my stealth pen. It writes smoothly, and the medium nib produces nice ink flow. I plan to try a fine nib to see how it performs. My only challenge is that I think I'm not holding it tightly enough, causing it to turn while I write.
