It stated that the item would be dispatched the next day if purchased within a certain hours, making you hurry up to purchase. I placed my order for a divan storage bed on 28th January, and it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th or 30th (both working days), with delivery scheduled for the 7th, but nothing so far, my order status is still just confirmed. I got in touch with costumer service and was told I would receive an update on delivery this week, but so far I’ve heard nothing.
