I ordered a bed base in Dec 2025. By January 2026 the board that holds the mattress had warped and developed waves in it. I proceeded to telephone Elliot’s beds and explained the problem, I was told it’s ok, you can still sleep on it!! WTH, I don’t think so…..knew then I would have a fight on my hands. Told me to send a video to WhatsApp, tried and they didn’t have a WhatsApp account with the number he told me to message on. I then sent two emails and never got any reply from those. What kind of company behaves like that towards paying customers, the customer service is absolutely atrocious and they don’t care about the customers. A month on and contacted the company I used to pay for the bed base, and they have issued a chargeback refund. I would advise not to purchase from these cowboys of a company because if it develops a fault or you change your mind, you won’t see your money again….what an awful company they are!!!
