I ordered a coat on January 13th and have received multiple emails about tracking that hasn’t updated. My bank flagged this purchase as international, despite the site claiming local ownership. Their explanation about the owner's Dutch heritage was vague. Be wary of this seller. I continue to receive automated responses with no clear guidance on when or if I will receive my item or a refund.
