Don’t trust this website to actually send out its products you pay for! I saw this brand at a makers market, the particular necklace I was looking at had just been sold so they directed me to their website (gave me a card with a QR code on).I ordered said piece online, got an email to say it had been dispatched…but never got my order. I emailed them twice to ask where my order was and still to this day I haven’t had a reply. I had to put in a claim with my bank otherwise they would’ve just kept my money. So sad they are taking up the space at local markets when they’re just massive frauds - makes sense you can’t even leave comments on their instagram posts, just shows they know exactly what they are doing! Never had a service like this and don’t know how they’re getting away with it Update from reply I’ve had - Even when I look at tracking now, all I see is ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ from Royal Mail - I have not received any item from your business. I also completed the contact form on your website and sent an email on the 20th of November 2025. I have proof of all of the above.To insinuate I’ve tried to claim money back and keep an item is insulting.
