I have ordered twice from this company.I received only one of first 3 items ordered and paid for. I made another order to try and kickstart a response assuming an error, and then only received one of the further two items ordered.No email, phone or post response. Insta message deleted. I am now approx £60 out of pocket plus lost presents.As a small independent business myself this is really disappointing especially as I visited the stall and loved both the products and the friendly stall staff. I hope this problem can be addressed and sorted asap.Update in response to recent message from Ellisgreyjewellery:2 orders were made and I was responded to via email from Ellisgreyjewellery based in Cheshire - Order nos 72 and 82. Each delivery had missing items as above.
