Ordered earrings as a birthday present...but sadly they (so far) have not arrivied despite numerous attempts to contact the seller. You seem to not be able to review products anywhere or post on social media.Customer service seems non existent. There is no point emailing. You get nothing back. It's a shame as look like lovely jewellery. But I do not recommend.EDIT: Since, I have had a reply on this review. But I can confirm this is the correct seller. Ellis grey jewllery. I have the the proof in my emails. And similarly to others, I first saw the brand at Manchester Makers market and ordered from not on the highstreet. I did eventually recieve the product, but the above review still stands. And now seem to be blaming another company for the bad review.Edit: Order number was 84533391.I am also confused how in the updated reply EllisGrey say they don't operate in Manchester yet have responded to a 5 star review where they mention seeing them in Manchester. Also 'failed to provide even a order number', is very strong given you requested this information less than a hour ago and have provided it here.Edit: seller is now accusing me of 'hiding the fact I bought from not in the highstreet', when in above edits I mention I did so. The review about the replies and emails to EllisGrey and lack of customer service in original review still stand. I don't understand why ellis grey continues to go back on words - now removing their comment 'we don't operate in Manchester', when I pointed out they did. I know you're an independent company which is a real shame trying to find excuses for any bad review. But it seems others have had similar issues.
