I ordered a one time purchase and it never came. At 1 month I started emailing their customer service and I was getting an automated email response at first until I asked to be emailing a real person. Turns out they enrolled me in a subscription, because I was charged for a second time without even receiving the first item. I did get a refund for that since I was already emailing customer service and I caught it early. However they refuse to take responsibility for a lost item. Even the tracking stopped giving updates and expired. It was obviously lost in the mail. I emailed them for over a month going back and forth about refunding the first purchase and they kept dismissing the request and giving the runaround. It’s pretty much theft. This is a terrible company and I will never get my money back for a product I never received. Also after looking into this product after purchase, there is not evidence that it is third party tested, so I’m actually glad I didn’t receive it and give it to my kids. Who knows what’s actually in there and I have NO trust in that company. I can’t believe they won’t refund the first purchase. I am not responsible for their shipping company!
