Review Time
I ordered a one time purchase and it never came. At 1 month I started emailing their customer service and I was getting an automated email response at first until I asked to be emailing a real person. Turns out they enrolled me in a subscription, because I was charged for a second time without even receiving the first item. I did get a refund for that since I was already emailing customer service and I caught it early. However they refuse to take responsibility for a lost item. Even the tracking stopped giving updates and expired. It was obviously lost in the mail. I emailed them for over a month going back and forth about refunding the first purchase and they kept dismissing the request and giving the runaround. It’s pretty much theft. This is a terrible company and I will never get my money back for a product I never received. Also after looking into this product after purchase, there is not evidence that it is third party tested, so I’m actually glad I didn’t receive it and give it to my kids. Who knows what’s actually in there and I have NO trust in that company. I can’t believe they won’t refund the first purchase. I am not responsible for their shipping company!

The product came after a month and a half.It came from China.I made a one time purchase but they enrolled me for monthly purchases. I tried to cancel it and I cannot get a hold of anyone at customer service I do not recommend this company!!!!
I ordered during one of their advertised promotions. The promotion was buy 3 get 2 free. After waiting over 4 weeks for the order. Yeah that didn't happen. I got the three and when I messaged the company about it. First I got an email back saying no problem we'll send the rest of your order. Then I got and email saying your order was sent and do you have a video opening your order to prove it's all not there. I told them no I didn't video my order because I don't expect it to be wrong. I have not heard back from them. Horrible customer service and I will NOT buy from them again. Honestly I wanted to send the product back and wanted nothing to do with them but I'm absolutely sure I wouldn't get my money back. Just happy I got something because now reading reviews others got screwed.
This website is a scam. I never received my package although I was really looking forward to trying out this cleanse. When I reached out to the company about my concerns of a lost package, they were very dismissive. I even purchased the package protection plan and they did not honor it whatsoever. I brought it to their attention that the package was never delivered although they said it was. Ultimately have not heard back from them after asking if they will honor their protection policy for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Please save your time and money and don’t even bother!
