I placed my order on January 5, which was split into five packages. The largest items were supposed to be sent via the courier service. However, for almost two weeks, the tracking status has said it is 'being prepared for shipment.' I tried to reach customer support through the contact form but got no reply. I also attempted to call the urgent matters line, but it is closed for maintenance until the end of the week. While I’m satisfied with the products I received, the delay and lack of communication from customer support are unacceptable. There were two inquiries made to the provided email, as mentioned.
