I ordered a kitchen table set, but the shipment status is unclear and there seems to be no oversight. On January 13, I was expecting delivery between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I waited all day, but the courier did not show up, and I received no updates. I reached out to both the company and the courier service, but got no response. The table was quite pricey, with delivery costing 999 DKK. It's frustrating to pay so much and not even know where my shipment is. I cannot recommend this service.

I placed my order on January 5, which was split into five packages. The largest items were supposed to be sent via the courier service. However, for almost two weeks, the tracking status has said it is 'being prepared for shipment.' I tried to reach customer support through the contact form but got no reply. I also attempted to call the urgent matters line, but it is closed for maintenance until the end of the week. While I’m satisfied with the products I received, the delay and lack of communication from customer support are unacceptable. There were two inquiries made to the provided email, as mentioned.
I placed an order on December 11, which was divided into two packages: clothing and a figurine. The clothing arrived within four days, but the figurine did not. After contacting customer service on December 16, I was told the figurine would arrive on December 23. When there was no update, I reached out again on December 23 and was informed that the item hadn't been shipped and a refund would be processed. This experience has been disappointing and confusing, especially since I was given a specific delivery date that turned out to be wrong. It feels like non-clothing items are not prioritized, which is misleading. The figurine was meant as a special gift for my seriously ill father-in-law, making this situation particularly upsetting. Clearer communication would have been very helpful.
All the products were heavily damaged. The wood was chipped, scratched, and stained. The packaging was also damaged. Inside the boxes, we found dirt, used matchsticks, and various trash. The products were very dirty. Update: The customer service reached out and is working to resolve the issue promptly.
