I placed an order on December 11, which was divided into two packages: clothing and a figurine. The clothing arrived within four days, but the figurine did not. After contacting customer service on December 16, I was told the figurine would arrive on December 23. When there was no update, I reached out again on December 23 and was informed that the item hadn't been shipped and a refund would be processed. This experience has been disappointing and confusing, especially since I was given a specific delivery date that turned out to be wrong. It feels like non-clothing items are not prioritized, which is misleading. The figurine was meant as a special gift for my seriously ill father-in-law, making this situation particularly upsetting. Clearer communication would have been very helpful.
