At the beginning nothing indicated an upcoming bad experience. Delivery was fast, quality was good, I was more than happy. Some things were too big so I sent them back and ordered smaller ones. Returning parcel was sent at 3rd of December 2014 and until now (18 Feb 2015 - 77 days) I did not receive my cash back.
I called Ello's customer support several times and always heard the same excuse, my case was assigned to another department. I am just tired talking every time to another person and describing my story from the beginning. Ellos cannot provide my complaint case number nor confirmation that money was transferred (simple print screen from bank website, etc). They promised to send me an email or call me back, but it never happened.
It is hard to understand, why they cannot improve this process, despite of so many similar stories on Trustpilot. Described problem took off all the happiness from buying new clothes in Ellos. I do not recommend doing business with them ;(
