I would give no stars but can’t. Spent 3 months so far trying to get a refund for misdelivered parcel. But they refuse to send me one. Have sent emails from delivery company Yodel to prove that it has been misdelivered also delivery photos. Also screen shot from Ofcom to say they are liable. But still will not send me my refund. Avoid at all cost.
