I bought a 3D Ceramic Figurine that was supposed to be custom-made, based off of a photo that I sent to them.
I received a completely different item, which consisted of a printed photo, glued to a piece of plastic.
I contacted customer service and sent a photo of what I received. They came up with every excuse that they possibly could, to not refund my money.
