I posted previously regarding an item I feel was misold and complained that my emails went unanswered. However when this was picked up by a manager, communication was good and he made efforts to resolve the issue in a mutually satisfactory manner. The only thing I will say is that whilst the item was returned and sold on, I was still left out of pocket as Elmwoods would not return my buyer fee which was around £150. For this reason grey have gone from nought to three star but would have been five star if they had done the fair thing and ensured I wasn't out of pocket. suspect the glowing reviews below are not genuine.
