I ordered a dress for $79 on January 10, 2026. Immediately after that, a message appeared on the website stating that they temporarily do not serve international customers. I started checking my card balance and discovered that they charged my card twice.The website almost completely restricted access to my account. No matter where I click, I see the same message saying that they temporarily do not serve international customers.In addition, I did not receive any notification confirming that they accepted my order or that it was shipped — but the money was charged.It is also impossible to contact customer support. They simply do not respond — neither on social media nor by email.I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback for the charged amounts.
