If possible, I would rate this company even lower than one star. After ordering a shampoo at the end of November, I was charged again a week later for a second shipment. I disputed the payment for that second order and received a credit after contacting them about their questionable practices. By the time I received the first shipment, a month later, it was not what I ordered at all; I got a smaller bottle instead. Now I have received the second shipment, but it’s still not what I wanted.
