I ordered one product! Just received an email they are sending & charging for products NEVER ORDERED! which is pending in my Bank Account.

Tried to reply to the email, comes back NO SUCH EMAIL ADDRESS!

Tried to raise FRAUD CLAIM with my Bank, they staff this can only be done once payment goes through.

Security Warning: My investigation found an active "Magecart-style" interceptor script at api.config-security:com/event. This is an unauthorized third-party domain used to harvest credit card metadata and keystrokes during the checkout process.

Legal & Regulatory Violations: 1. Unauthorized Charges: The merchant is engaging in "Negative Option Billing," triggering weekly unauthorized charges of approximately $44.96. 2. Mandate Breaches: The site violates 2026 Visa/Mastercard mandates requiring frictionless cancellation and 7-day billing reminders. There is no listed phone number or support email, making cancellation impossible. 3. Misrepresentation: Forensic metadata confirms the use of AI-generated product imagery (confirmed filename: ChatGPT_Image_Aug_26..._PM-removebg-preview.png) rather than real inventory.

I ordered 4 bottles of Rosemary Shampoo, advertised as a special for hair growth, on January 11, 2026, for $39.00 CAN. However, when I checked my account the following day, they charged me $49.80 CAN. I thought it might be due to the higher US exchange rate, but then they charged me $65 CAN the next week. I reached out to them four times. I only received one simple email with a tracking number. I tried to resolve their mistake, but received no response—no emails, nothing at all. I sent another inquiry regarding the excessive charges, but still no reply. They are truly taking advantage of customers like me. I feel very sad and disappointed to have lost a total of $114.80 to this fraudulent company. PLEASE, EVERYONE, BE CAUTIOUS.

Avoid this company and its products at all costs.

This company is deceptive and offers fraudulent products. I strongly advise against making any purchases or providing your credit card information. They charged me weekly without delivering the product I ordered on December 24th, 2025. I was stunned to see another charge of $65 on the 31st. I had to cancel my credit card through my bank. Please be cautious and do not trust their advertisements. We need to report this company to the appropriate authorities.

This company deserves less than one star.

If possible, I would rate this company even lower than one star. After ordering a shampoo at the end of November, I was charged again a week later for a second shipment. I disputed the payment for that second order and received a credit after contacting them about their questionable practices. By the time I received the first shipment, a month later, it was not what I ordered at all; I got a smaller bottle instead. Now I have received the second shipment, but it’s still not what I wanted.

Order tracking is impossible.

I have not received my order, and when I checked the delivery number, it says it cannot find my order. This has caused me a lot of frustration, and I am going to my bank to block any further charges.

This company is a scam. Do not make any purchases. They will repeatedly charge your card without delivering the actual product. I ordered something on December 24, 2025, and never received it, yet they charged me again on the 31st for $65. I was stunned. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Fraud Alert!

I just sent an email regarding a shampoo I ordered. I have thick hair and don’t need this product. I never authorized any charges, and if I receive anything, I will refuse the package. It's unbelievable how they can misuse credit card information.
